We were passing through and stayed in the parking lot. The service was very unfriendly. In my bread dumpling, not in the mushroom sauce, there were two hairs. The waitress said it was not hair, but from the mushrooms and that belongs so ... an insolence?

Great restaurant with selected regional specialties. It is worth visiting the castle host just for the dumplings. Quaint and cozy inside, spacious beer garden in front of the house. Sufficient parking spaces can be found directly at the house. Service friendly and attentive, on request there is an explanation of the menu and recommendations for the menu of the day. We'll be back

The food was absolutely top notch. Starting with the mixed salad, through the ribbon noodles with chanterelles to the dessert dumplings - fresh ingredients and super seasoned. There are many different dishes to choose from for vegetarians, and a striking number for a restaurant serving Bavarian cuisine. The food has its price, but it was worth every penny for me. I'd rather pay a little more and get quality in return. The service was also more than attentive. Highly recommended restaurant.

On the way to Croatia, our intermediate destination was the Schloßwirt Staufeneck in Piding, which several friends have recommended to us. We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to connect our caravan directly to the power grid. We were extremely enthusiastic about the hospitality, the service and the very clean toilets. If we go home in three weeks, I am already looking forward to the delicious meal again.

Certainly a very good restaurant ... if the boss and the kitchen are not stressed because of a lack of staff .... When asked how the food tastes, it is better not to answer truthfully ... otherwise, as in my case, you get the knife slammed onto the plate and pulled away under your hand ... The pork fillets were 3 small, thin slices that were much too hard and which also tasted strong. This can happen with an above-average number of guests, but you should be able, especially as the boss, to apologize for it ... and not let yourself go completely. A certain basic arrogance stands for this .... It's a pity, actually. The food from the neighbors looked very good .....

Unfortunately no drinks menu, anyone can understand that. But therefor good, nice service, very good kitchen and great space to stand with the Womo. But full points.

Unfortunately, the restaurant lacks decent staff. Due to the local proximity, we visited the restaurant more often, but with every single visit there were problems with the service: either we were completely ignored by the waitresses in the first 30 minutes or we were urged to quickly finish and leave the restaurant even though we were only 20 Minutes were there. Too bad, because the food itself is quite good.

Super delicious food with very nice service. Price-performance ratio completely okay as you really get everything freshly prepared. If you want a great meal, you should also be willing to pay this price because it is absolutely justified (especially since it is completely in line). UNFORTUNATELY RARE THAT YOU EAT SO GOOD. This place was recommended by locals and the food was scrumptious. Bit more expensive than popular touristic restaurants but definitely worth it.

Great local food (just had venison) at good prices. Lots of locals eat there -- always a good indication.

They don't speak English at all, there's no menu in English and they don't accept Visa or MasterCard. So, we didn't eat anything and went home hungry
